hit–Service provides comprehensive services for our residents and visitors. The service team’s aim is to provide all necessary services and infrastructure for your workplace. Our nine person team is always ready to be of assistance. We aim to be fast, personal and reliable at all times. Our services include:- Reception service in the central building available from 8.30 to 17.00
- Secretarial service
- Postal agency providing comprehensive postal services
- Receiving and sorting post into post boxes in the central reception
- Franking and parcel service
- Conference centre with four conference rooms
- Boarding House with 26 rooms
- Restaurant with individual catering service
We will organize conferences for you, book hotel rooms for your guests or arrange a company celebration.
IT infrastructure, internet and telecoms system for each resident company:
Our IT infrastructure, internet access and telephone system are state-of-the-art. As a resident you can have internet access and be connected to our telephone system. As a resident you have unlimited access rights though the office cabling.

- structured cabling, category 6 in all lettings
- separate lockable counter with min. 3HE 19`` for active components for each resident
- separate power supply for splitter for each resident
- Internet access, broadband up to 100 Mbit/s synchronous (SDH)
- Internet access limitation to 2, 10 and 100 Mbit/s synchronous possible
